I’m excited to finally share something I’ve been building behind the scenes for the past few years.

Today, the Thrive Profile™ Worker Wellbeing Report officially launches!

This project started with a question I couldn’t stop thinking about:

Why does the nonprofit sector talk so much about burnout, but have so few ways to meaningfully measure and address it?

So I built something I wish existed years ago.

The Thrive Profile™ is a nonprofit worker wellbeing assessment designed to help organizations better understand:

• stress and burnout
• organizational conditions
• leadership impact
• team culture
• psychological safety
• and the protective factors that help workers thrive

The report brings together insights from 600+ nonprofit workers across multiple organizations and regions and explores not just who is struggling, but what thriving organizations may be doing differently.

My hope is that this report contributes to a more thoughtful, practical conversation about worker wellbeing in the nonprofit sector, one that moves us beyond awareness alone and toward meaningful organizational change.
